Overview

The London Vet Show is Europe’s premier two-day, conference-led exhibition for veterinary professionals, run in association with the globally recognised Royal Veterinary College and the British Veterinary Association.

The Brief

Our client was due to exhibit at the 2022 London Vet Show and required end-to-end support, including a stand design that would stand out from the crowd. After taking part in a competitive bidding process, our creative pitch was the solution of choice.

It's all in the details

Having collaborated with our client on previous London Vet shows, our creative teams were full of ideas to build on what we’d produced at previous events. The 2022 theme was sustainability; the stand needed to be open, inviting, and designed in a way that perfectly balanced the event’s theme with the BD technologies that would be showcased.

To further entice attendees to explore the stand, an ‘interactive corner’ would need to be incorporated into the design. Our teams put their creative heads together to come up with an idea that would leave a lasting impression.

The solution

Our brilliant Live team worked closely with our Senior Account Manager to arrange the stand build before the event got underway. Our Event Producer was then on hand throughout to ensure that everything ran smoothly.

Every element of the booth design was expertly handled by our Design team – from the engaging wall graphics to the product display area. Foliage was also incorporated into the stand design to reflect the sustainability theme, along with QR codes on the walls to keep the stand paperless.

The ‘interactive corner’ was brought to life with a quiz that asked attendees questions about BD Emerald™. If the player achieved three green lights, they received a sustainable prize: a BD-branded plant pot, complete with seeds, to brighten up their desks.

Result

The event was a big success – our design work in particular was so well received that it has been adapted and repurposed for another upcoming event.
