The BD Cato™ team wanted support building a community for leading healthcare professionals around BD Cato™ — what this could look like, where this could go, and how to encourage interaction.
With a launch event in the calendar, our creative teams were poised and ready to bring their trademark flair to help shape this brand-new group.
The brief’s fluidity provided a brilliant opportunity for our creative teams to think outside the box — a collaborative approach would be key for communicating the concept in a digestible and enticing way.
After putting our heads together in a series of fruitful ideation sessions, the team firmed up a name and strapline: BD Cato™ Exchange — Your community connected.
The event to launch BD Cato™ Exchange was due to take in the BD German offices, with several early adopters and main users in attendance. With the name confirmed, it was time to create a look and feel and think about how the community itself could be shaped to best serve everyone involved.
Guided by the idea of “A community, curated by community”, our talented designers developed three different designed concepts to present to the team at BD while our events and client services experts drew up a “roadmap” exploring the routes the community could take.
Our creative teams then took the chosen route and applied it to an eye-catching suite of assets for the event itself — everything from an engaging pre-event email and landing page for registrations, to roll-up banners and an attention-grabbing animation opener to welcome attendees to the launch.
BD Cato™ Exchange has recently been launched to key stakeholders and has been received very positively. The collaborative concept-shaping process gave us a fantastic opportunity to showcase our ideation abilities — we look forward to seeing how the community grows!
