Pretium was established by echelon Consultancy in 2015 to develop and manage frameworks on behalf of contracting authorities operating in the public sector across the UK.
To freshen up the Pretium website visually and improve the overall user experience and take over its ongoing hosting and support.
The original site was lacking in visual refinement. It wasn’t reflective of the polished professionalism its team and services are able to provide for customers and were not a true reflection of the forward-thinking business.
Our design team developed a robust set of iconography at the conceptual stage that visualised the various Framework sectors using a modern illustrative approach.
These hero illustrations were paired with a much deeper purple background that helped the illustrations stand out on the page. The deep purple was offset as you scroll down the page with the zingy brand orange, where we added a texture drawn from the existing brand palette to ascent against the flatter colours used on the site.
The website was built on a WordPress platform with full CMS to enable the client to fully administer the site’s content with the flexibility and option to continue to enhance the site and its content and performance in line with Pretium’s plans.
The site is fully responsive and mobile-friendly. We have discussed with the client ways to lift further the content with animations and move the content for future phases of development.
An excellent example of how to evolve a site rather than start from scratch – working within budget to deliver a solution that better represents the company and its online collateral.
