Kwik Fit is the UK’s leading fast-fit specialist for tyres, exhausts, batteries, and brakes. With over 600 centres in the UK and Northern Ireland, they are at the forefront of car tyre replacement services. With their finger on the pulse of the latest technology and innovation within the automotive industry, their big focus is currently on electric vehicles.
To reflect their consideration for the changing needs of their customers, Kwik Fit’s marketing team saw a need to freshen up their photography for external and internal communications, including content to push their presence on social media. They needed to expand their photography library, so they had an even more extensive imagery collection. Our mission was to deliver a range of lifestyle photos of their employees, service, and offerings at their main centres. The images had to be relevant, consistent and of exceptional quality.
From the beginning, the project was a collaborative effort between our team, Kwik Fit’s marketing team, and the centre team. The shoot would be on location at a working Kwik Fit centre where we made every effort not to disrupt staff and customers alike. With limitations of just one day to achieve the output, we needed to ensure we captured every requested shot. Considering it was a winter shoot, we also needed to plan around how much daylight was available and, with a small team to ensure budget sensitivity, every second counted.
We did what we set out to achieve and covered all the shots needed to refresh their library of assets. With careful pre-planning, including visiting the location well ahead of the shoot, we understood what was required and could push the boundaries of what was possible with a rigorous timetable for the day. The result was a collection of stunning lifestyle photography, further strengthening Kwik Fit’s positioning at the forefront of their industry.
The photoshoot was a success. We delivered a vast collection of photos on time that went above and beyond the client’s expectations. The client was thrilled with the results and are excited to use them in future campaigns.
