Overview

GLP is a leading global investment manager and business builder in logistics, real estate, infrastructure, finance and related technologies which are deeply invested in businesses that make the modern world run more efficiently.

The Brief

We were asked to create a series of relaxed events showcasing the facilities, providing catering and network space. Multiple events were happening at different locations, often simultaneously.

It's all in the details

With a short lead time, the challenge was how to coordinate a complex mix of logistical needs and each site’s access obstacles. Our plan, based on mood boards and floor plans for the proposed spaces, quickly identified the schedule and inventory lists for each site.

The solution

To capitalise on the summer weather, we brought the best of the outside – in. The summer theme included 30mx30m of artificial grass, an ice cream van, and picnic benches.

Result

The event attracted lots of potential buyers, achieved excellent press coverage, and we also extended the shelf life of the event by having our in-house video team on hand to capture the event for future marketing campaigns through email and social channels.
