Overview

Options & Outcomes is an annual event for our client’s customers across the EMEA, Canada, South Africa and Australia.

The Brief

As a trusted partner, we were asked to support the team to deliver an impactful and memorable from pre-production concepts and on-site delivery all the way through to post-production communications. Including marketing communications materials, onsite branding, floor plans, and environment building.

It's all in the details

The event had more than 320 participants from 38 countries. However, the challenge was to extend the reach of the event to people unable to attend in person.

The solution

Each year, we help our client evolve the delegates experience by providing innovative solutions that keep the event engaging.

This year, our enhancements included:

  • Integrating our in-house live-streaming solution to extend the audience reach to a satellite location in South Africa, which allowed an additional 30 perfusionists and cardiac surgeons to follow the conference in real-time
  • Maximising the remote experience, we changed the format of the interactive sessions, moving the presenters’ centre stage
  • Introducing a new on-site badge printing and scanning system to facilitate logistics and track customer attendance/interest in sessions in real-time
  • Evolving the product station booths to showcase interactive and visual media, including product use animations

Result

A highly successful, impactful and seamless event that was praised by the industry leaders that were present.
