EDF Energy is a household name in the energy sector they are the UK’s largest producer of low-carbon electricity, the biggest supplier of electricity by volume in Great Britain and the largest supplier to British businesses.
To provide our technical expertise and onsite support for the conference elements of the senior leader team meeting and ensure the smooth technical delivery of the important messages being cascaded by the business leaders.
The two-day event was held across two locations just outside of Paris; EDF Lab in Renardières and Châteauform’ Les Berges de Seine.
They made good use of in-house equipment across both venues enhancing it with additional hardware, cabling and adapters to ensure it could be used effectively.
The onsite team, which included a technical event producer and experienced presentation operator, managed all technical elements, collating the show content into a master file for each day, as well as formatting and enhancing the content for visual impact and consistency.
While travel strikes took a shine off the return journey for both delegates and crew alike, the event ran seamlessly across both days and venues. EDF Energy was able to focus on their delegates’ logistics and comfort while we removed the stress of technical production.
