Overview

CBRE is the leading full-service real estate services and investment organisation in the world. They have also been voted the industry’s top brand by the Lipsey Company for 16 consecutive years and has been named one of Fortune’s “Most Admired Companies” in the real estate sector for five years in a row.

The Brief

We created a dynamic and fresh feel for CBRE at the MAPIC and MIPIM exhibition. They needed a design theme that would ‘encourage discussion and networking’ whilst emphasising their unmistakable brand identity and values.

It's all in the details

The challenge: how to turn two long narrow stands in an underground hall into a flexible environment that maximised the number of people that could be on the stand, whilst retaining an ‘open’ and welcoming feel.

The solution

Our team focused on the twin concepts of organic growth (as represented by living walls, imagery, and animation) and clean minimalism. We also included an informal ‘walk up’ coffee bar, private meeting rooms, semi-private booths & high tables.

Result

The combination of open space and intimate areas offered the widest possible range of networking and commercial opportunities.
