Overview

BFC Exchange (part of BFC Bank) currently has branches throughout the greater London area. BFC Exchange specialises in money transfer and currency exchange services for individuals and businesses.

The Brief

The focus of the campaign was to increase the number of in-branch monetary transactions from both new and existing customers in the run-up to the summer breaks.  We were tasked with creating simple but engaging promotional materials for a £500 cash prize giveaway promotion that would be held throughout the London branches.

It's all in the details

We were given a two-week timeframe to design, produce and deliver all of the promotional materials to the London branches in order for the branch employees to put them up in store themselves.

The solution

We produced, on-brand, clean and simple designs focused on the £500 cash prize giveaway. These were designed as on-glass and in-branch posters and social web banners. They were supported by additional branded merchandise.

Result

We successfully ensured that every store was delivered the promotional materials necessary for the campaign to be successful. Our feedback confirmed that there has been an increase in the number of transactions based on like- for- like figures from last year.
