Belron UK Ltd operates across the UK and in over 30 countries. They were looking for a partner to help them to produce their 2018 Management Conference.
The one-day conference at the Jury’s Inn Hinckley Island Hotel would include awards, dinner, and after-party for around 250 delegates.
Following a technical site visit, we were able to devise a production plan that capitalised on the venue’s layout, giving them the best solution to create an immersive brand environment.
Floor plans and elevations were produced to present their design for set and stage as well as delivering final entertainment options for the evening.
With a full day rig and a crew of 8, we built in a 4m LED screen with branded surround as well as relay screens. Throughout the whole event, we supported the team’s in-house app for Q/As and a slideshow of photos uploaded to the app by the attendees. Our video team were on site producing an opening VT as well as onsite Live Capture for post-production edit. A professional photographer was brought in to capture the awards ceremony.
We delivered a smooth event in a single location that felt connected and rewarding to those that attended. It included a room turnaround in under two hours, working alongside the venue for dinner and party.
Huge thanks for your tremendous hard work and talents in helping us bring this event together. I appreciate that we put a great deal on you at short notice, but you just smiled and got on with it which was incredible of you all. The end result was just what we wished for.
